The Group has been Playing D&D since 7th grade when a really cool cousin introduced brothers Reid and Ben to 3rd edition. Ben brought in friend Sam and above really cool cousin DM’d their games. After that point, life was saving up for 3.5 books and buying every one they sold at Barnes and Noble with 20% off coupons (Not sure Amazon was around but it would have saved a lot of chore money). As it seems to do, even for Lich’s, time passed. People went to college, got married, and moved out. With money tight and interest to evolve in gameplay grew we made the switch to the ever attractive open source Pathfinder for the past 5 years (Our poor 3.5 books cry themselves to sleep). It has come time, after multiple threats from myself, Ben, that I would buy the books, to give D&D Next a try. The game got too large and complicated and this adventure is my desire to return back to the roots. A time far loss where we didn’t need to argue over countless home brewed rules or avoid monsters with grapple for fear of messing up the rules. Our podcast really is just a game for us and a reason to get together, laugh, and enjoy one another. We hope you’ll be able to join us in doing the same. Players have come and gone over the past ten years, but the current team includes Ben, Jeremy, Matt, Reid, and Sam.
